History

Before Akaria (Akarije) was an independent country, it was smaller when it was controlled by the country of Yakinia (Jakinije). Akaria was known as the Akarian Territory, residing south of Yakinia. When the Yakinian government passed a law that the Akarians didn't agree with, a war broke out. It ended with a surrender due to a threat of believable propoganda. The Yakinian government told the Akarians they can have independence if they don't tell that lie. And so, the Akarian Territory broke off of Yakinia and became Akaria.

Preamble

This nation, Akaria, is our shared responsibility to protect its people. To ensure equality, freedom, peace, and fairness, we establish this Constitution to create a better future for generations to come.

Article 1 - - Overview Government

Section 1

the government of Akaria must be split between three branches: the Legistlature, the Executive, and the Judicial branch. All three must perform checks and balances so no branch becomes too powerful.

Section 1 - Freedom of Opinion

People of Akaria may express themselves freely.

Section 2 - Freedom of Religion

Akaria does not, and will never, have an official religion. People of Akaria may express their religion with no bound.

Section 3 - Freedom of Write

People of Akaria may write freely without censorship.

Section 4 - Right to Petition the Government

People of Akaria may contact the government about issues without trouble.

Section 5 - Right to Protest

People of Akaria are able to peaceably gather and protest in public areas. It becomes an issue when property is damaged.
