There are three distinct rooms past the air lock. The "kitchen", the bedroom, and the bathroom.Inside the kitchen is a stool, a singular legged table, a simple stove, a central light, a large bowl, and 2 cabinets. The cabinets hold canned food and water respectively.
The bathroom just holds a port-a-potty like toilet.
The sphere is a large gyroscope, keeping balance and gravity inside.
In order to survive in here, you would need to use some drinking water as hand-washing water. You wash your hands in the large bowl located in the kitchen and dump the water into space. Same with waste.
